Barden are delighted to be assisting a rapidly growing Manufacturing company based in Meath to identify a Finance Business Partner on the Operations/ Manufacturing side. This is a 12 month FTC role.ABOUT THE ROLE:

Partner with the Operations and Site Management teams to deliver data-driven financial insights and performance analysis.
Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports for operational business units.
Support monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary for operational activities, including cost of sales and inventory.
Ensure robust and accurate governance structures & KPIs to support future planning and decision making

ABOUT THE PERSON:

Qualified accounting professional with 5+ years PQE.
Prior experience in a manufacturing business required.
Strong financial and commercial expertise.
Excellent organisational, communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
