The candidate will assist and gain practical experience in the following: - Configuring and troubleshooting cloud-based warehouse systems (Extensiv 3PL WMS) - Configuring and troubleshooting Middleware integration platforms such as Dropstream, Cartrover, techOMS and techSHIP - Customizing reports using MS Report Builder - Configuring and troubleshooting Android scanners, printers, and Windows PCs - Monitoring antivirus - Documenting IT processes and tutorials - Project work as it arises.Role Description This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary. Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP. The participant will receive formal/informal training and mentoring in the following: Informal Training • Configuring and troubleshooting cloud-based warehouse systems (Extensiv 3PL WMS) • Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 • Configuring and troubleshooting Middleware integration platforms such as Dropstream, Cartrover, techOMS and techSHIP • Customizing reports using MS Report Builder. • Monitoring and maintaining antivirus on machines. • Configuring and troubleshooting Android scanners, printers, and Windows PCs Formal Training WPEP QQI Work Experience Module Health & Safety in the workplace. Candidate will be supported in any other training needs identified.
