
Service Support Engineer

- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the service department.
- Provide technical support to field service engineers and customers.
- Manage customer equipment breakdowns (Fanuc & Piovan experience is a distinct advantage).
- Liaise with principal partners to source support, parts, and schematics.
- Maintain and upload RAMS to customer portals.
- Manage calibration instruments and service documentation.
- Update machinery records in the software management system.
- Collaborate on service schedules and contribute to operational planning and budgeting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with plastics machinery (Fanuc & Piovan experience is a distinct advantage).
- Previous experience in a maintenance or service-focused role.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
