Sales Representative - Permanent Role - Dublin 22We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in the electrical wholesale or low-voltage (LV) electrical industry. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a results-focused individual with a passion for both account management and business development. Based in Dublin 22, you'll work with a supportive and dynamic team, representing high-quality electrical products across a broad customer base.Salary: €30,000 - €60,000 DOE – Working Hours: 40 hours per week – Annual Leave: 20 days – Benefits: Company vehicle, Bike-to-Work scheme, Ongoing training and development opportunitiesThe Role:
Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the electrical wholesale or LV sector
Understand client requirements, business goals, and project timelines to deliver tailored solutions
Provide exceptional service and after-sales support, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction
Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications, queries, and feedback
Conduct regular on-site client visits to reinforce partnerships and identify growth opportunities

Sales & Business Development

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical wholesale or low-voltage market
Create and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging trends
Promote and present electrical product solutions, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in the electrical wholesale sector or low-voltage electrical industry
Proven track record in sales, account management, and customer retention
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits
Full, clean driving licence is required
