Utilities Engineer

• Optimise and develop operations, maintenance plans, and risk assessments for Critical Utility systems.
• Maintain high standards to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient system performance, promoting Reliability Excellence.
• Review vendor documents, manage Work Orders in CMMS, and troubleshoot utility system issues.
• Oversee service delivery, working alongside internal stakeholders and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including EPA licences, cGMP, and EHS standards.
• Provide technical input during project development, ensuring smooth transitions to Operations.
• Participate in regulatory and corporate audits.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science with at least 6 years of experience in a technical role.
• Experience in operating and maintaining utility systems in a biopharmaceutical setting is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of utility system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Process Design, GMP, and industry regulations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex issues simply.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and committed to safety standards.
