We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the Village Hotel team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front. As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with the kitchen team and General Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience. This role suits an experienced Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to step into a larger, more rounded position.
