Optimize Recruitment, working closely with our client, are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead a new solar farm development on a greenfield site based in Glanmire, Co. Cork. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start, and further projects are planned across Cork City and County following completion of the initial site (12+ months duration).The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site operations and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of utility-scale energy systems.Salary & Benefits:

- Manage daily on-site activities on the solar farm project
- Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to meet project targets
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Oversee plant, materials, and delivery logistics
- Conduct regular site inspections and reporting
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
- Monitor project programme and ensure timely delivery
- 5+ years’ experience in site management on large-scale construction or energy projects
- Strong electrical background, ideally within energy systems or infrastructure
- Proven leadership and coordination skills on active construction sites
- Full Irish driving licence and flexibility to travel
- Irish/UK market experience highly advantageous
