Work across kitchen stations as required, including prep, hot and cold sections. Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene protocols. Oversee stock rotation, food storage, and waste minimisation. Monitor portion control, food presentation, and allergens. Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare teams on menu planning. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment. Requirements: QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional chef qualification. Experience in healthcare or high-volume catering. Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cook-chill processes. Legal right to work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance. Ability to provide 5 years of work references. Flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts.
