Essentials: 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor (in Ireland or the UK); strong IT skills (Cubit, CostX, Excel).
Location: West Dublin (onsite role)
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000

Reporting into: Senior Quantity SurveyorOur client, a well-established residential developer, is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in West Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS to gain hands-on experience across residential and mixed-use developments, while working closely with senior management to build the skills needed for career progression.
- Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Assist the Senior QS in managing subcontract packages, payments, and contractual details.
- Cost Control & Reporting: Support in preparing monthly valuations, cost reports, and tracking project budgets and variations.
- Contract Administration: Maintain accurate records of subcontractor and supplier contracts.
