- Processing sales invoices
- Processing payments
- Managing purchase orders
- Assist with collecting payments from customers
- Prepare and process bank lodgments
- Post bank transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Reconciling customer accounts on a regular basis
- Assist with month-end procedures
- Min of 1years+ Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in IT systems and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment..
