- Organise and manage busy calendars and meeting schedules across multiple time zones, proactively anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, visas, hotels, ground transportation, and meal reservations, ensuring both business needs and personal preferences are met.
- Conduct facilities inductions for all new employees.
- Manage office social calendar, including recognising team birthdays and organising team socials.
- Assist with Managing office facilities budget, including processing invoices.
- Previous EA/PA experience, ideally in financial or professional services.
- Good knowledge of Outlook- Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive in approach and able to anticipate and find creative solutions to problems.
- Strong presence with Senior Team members.
