
Senior Facilities Engineer

- Comply with maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all works are completed correctly and on time.
- Ensure all RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), PTWs (Permit to Work), and service dockets are received and properly filed.
- Ensure that all valid contractor invoices are approved for payment.
- Ensure all legal requirements are met across all sites and report if any cannot be met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for onsite staff within the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure all scheduled maintenance is compliant with relevant legislation and audit-ready.
- Participate in client internal and external audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure that spending is in line with the approved budget.
- Obtain appropriate approval for additional spending when necessary.
- Ensure that self-performed works are priced and managed correctly.
- Ensure client invoices are issued correctly and on time.
- Provide clear, accurate, and effective reports to the client on schedule.
- Offer value-added solutions to the client, including alternative solutions to problems.
- Professionally represent Apleona and lead key technical client contracts.
- Maintain flexibility and professionalism at all times.
- Be contactable unless otherwise arranged in advance.
- Work collaboratively with other staff and always support team members when dealing with clients.

- Must hold a recognisable engineering qualification or be able to demonstrate significant experience
