- Generate new business and maintain current accounts within the Mission Critical Data Center (Colocation, Build to Suit, Hyperscale) and Enterprise markets.
- Tap into established networks and contacts within Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) backgrounds to identify new business prospects
- Engage in sales calls with key players in data center colocation, enterprise, and hyper-scaler sectors to introduce mission-critical construction services.
- Create proposals, presentations, and briefings.
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to showcase and promote the company's design/build services.
- Foster positive connections with current business partners to drive additional opportunities
- 10+ years BD/sales experience with minimum 3+ data center industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related subject.
- Existing network relationships with Enterprise, Colocation, and Hyperscale clients.
- Active participation and relationships with local/national data center organizations (7x24, iMasons, AFCOM, etc.)
- Experience in C-level interaction/partnering and a proven track record of managing and closing profitable deals.
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
