- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise room revenue across all market segments.
- Analyse competitor rates, market trends, and demand forecasts to guide pricing decisions.
- Optimise room revenue through effective yield and inventory management strategies.
- Use revenue management systems and forecasting tools to support decision-making.
- Identify and nurture revenue opportunities across all departments to support total revenue growth.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data from all revenue sources to influence commercial strategy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Provide insights into guest booking behaviour, segmentation, and distribution channels.
- Oversee and optimise performance across OTAs, GDS, the direct channel, and third-party platforms.
- Maintain rate parity and ensure accurate availability and content across all channels.
- Support the enhancement of the hotel website and drive growth in direct bookings.
- Work with Digital Marketing and e-commerce teams to align promotions and improve online conversion.
- Monitor and improve the efficiency of all third-party distribution partners.
- Partner with General Managers, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Operations to align on commercial goals.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on revenue management best practices.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, dynamic packaging, and targeted promotions.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector.
- Strong expertise in managing OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Confident communicator capable of presenting complex analysis in a clear and engaging way.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, segmentation, and distribution management.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing as they relate to direct booking growth.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills, yet comfortable working independently.
- Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about commercial performance and optimisation.
