Position: Division Project Controls and Planning ManagerLocation: CollinstownJob DescriptionAs Project Controls and Planning Manager for the division, you will be hands on in leading, managing and maintaining project controls and schedule in our portfolio. This is a pivotal role in managing the team operating in the division both in the project development and implementation phases to ensure we maintain the highest standards in our approach to planning and project controls.Responsibilities
  • Manage and support project controls team members to ensure successful execution of projects portfolio
  • Managing the team in development of detailed EPC construction schedules for baseline agreement ensuring fully resource and cost loaded schedules are produced for EVM and KPI's tracking in compliance with client specification requirements
  • Ensure internal validation and sign-off process is followed as per JEG quality systems procedures for Baseline sign-off
  • Ensure robust EVM reporting dashboards are produced for costs and hours performance analysis
  • Working with team members to ensure procedures are followed to capture and log early warning notices and change control mechanisms
  • Attending site meetings as required (internal and client based)
  • Ensure the production of weekly /monthly reports are completed on-time and in compliance with client requirements
  • Ensure productivity tracking is captured for monitoring craft weekly labour spent vs earned hours
  • Producing weekly, monthly and periodic dashboard reports as required for internal higher management reviews
Skills and Requirements
  • Support Senior Project Management teams in development and execution of project programmes
  • Previous experience in managing a team
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and availability to regularly visit projects across the EU region
  • Knowledge of forensic planning and delay claim analysis
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of MEP systems
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification
  • Minimum of 10years post qualification experience (preferably including M&E contracting experience)
  • Experience in Primavera P6 software required (min 8years)
