My client are a regulaotory body seeking a member service coordinator to join their team on a permnament basis in their Dublin office. In this role, you will be required to support operational, administrative and communication tasks, ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working with people. Strong communication skills and a member-focused approach are essential.Responsibilities:Membership & Administrative SupportProcess and manage membership applications and updates.Maintain accurate member records and databases.Coordinate credential applications (e.g. CERA) and CPD tracking.Manage recruitment notices and website content updates.Provide support for committees, general office tasks, and the actuarial team.Communications & DesignDraft member communications such as newsletters and announcements.Design visual content for social media, events, and web.Conduct surveys and analyse feedback.Handle member queries professionally via phone and email.Create promotional materials for LinkedIn and the website.Event & Webinar CoordinationAssist in organising webinars and in-person events.Handle logistics including venue booking, AV coordination, registration, and technical setup.Perform pre- and post-event administration.Support attendees, speakers, and manage on-site logistics.Create and analyse post-event surveys and reportsKey Requirments:Essential Skills:Strong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication (written and verbal)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Comfortable using tech platforms for webinars and databasesCustomer-focused with stakeholder engagement experienceDesirable Skills:Basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)Experience with membership organisations or professional bodiesBackground in coordinating events or educational activitiesPersonal Attributes:Proactive, adaptable, and detail-orientedHighly organised and accurateIndependent and team-oriented workerFriendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
