Salary: €32,000-€35,000Are you organised, people-focused, and ready to make an impact? This organisation is looking for a proactive Member Services Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional experience for their members.What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for members, handling applications, updates, and queries.
- Keep our membership systems and records running smoothly.
- Support communications from newsletters and social posts to event flyers.
- Play a key role in organising webinars, CPD sessions, and in-person events.
- Assist with committee meetings to office coordination.
You'll work in a small, supportive team where no two days are the same - one day you could be welcoming members at an event, the next creating content for our website. If you enjoy variety, people, and making things happen, this role is for you.Desired skill set
- Super organised with great attention to detail.
- Strong communicator (written and spoken).
- Confident with Microsoft Office and online platforms (Zoom, databases, etc.).
- Friendly, approachable, and a real team player.
- Canva experience desirable but not essential
