- Deep understanding of ETL testing, including source-to-target reconciliation and validation of transformation logic to ensure data integrity.
- Strong programming ability in Java, Python, or another object-oriented language, with the capability to build custom test automation frameworks as required.
- Experience with Oracle and Snowflake databases, including advanced SQL skills for data validations.
- Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience analysing workflows and identifying opportunities to design and implement test automation.
- Deep understanding of ETL testing including source-to-target reconciliation and transformation logic validation to ensure data integrity.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or any object-oriented language with the ability to build custom test automation frameworks as needed.
- Experience working with Cucumber or another BDD tool for designing clear, maintainable, business-readable test scenarios.
- Familiarity with ICEDQ or similar data testing platforms is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle and Snowflake databases, including advanced SQL skills for data validations.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Xray to ensure traceability and audit compliance.
- Experience working on CI/CD pipelines and implementing quality gates in deployment pipelines is a plus.
- Knowledge of big data technologies, including Apache Spark and EMR, in a distributed data environment is a plus.
- Experience working within an agile development environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple teams across the organisation.
