The Associate Business Process Consultant of the Center of Expertise (CoE) contributes with technical and functional expertise to deliver a portfolio of services that drive value through a combination of best practices, tools, knowledge, and experience to drive time to value and accelerate our customers’ transition to the cloud. Our CoE Early Talent Program is seeking Associate Business Process Consultants to deliver onsite and remote customer service via project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services from SAP's best practice solutions.Responsibilities:
  • Become a trusted Associate Business Process Consultant in some of SAP's world-renowned products, including S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud, and a range of Application-based products.
  • Provide Global Mission Critical support for issue resolution in your specific area of expertise.
  • Collaborate closely, working with Development, Sales and Operational organisations within SAP to endure End-to-End analysis of a customer business solution to execute the best engagement plan to safeguard their solution as an engineer, project manager or Technology advisor.

What you bring:
  • 2-3 years’ working experience with proven ability in a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Maths, Engineering
  • Technical Inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to lead by example with technical competency to provide coaching and mentoring
  • Communication skills and strong business acumen
  • Experience in agile development
  • Customer centric and able to conduct/lead technical workshops to Customers
  • Development/ Consulting experience will be an added advantage
  • Positive attitude towards work showing tenacity, adaptability and networking skills
Additional Skills (optional):
  • Expertise in HANA Modelling(HANA Calculation Views) and Core Data Services(ABAP CDS and HANA CDS Modelling)
  • Expertise in HANA SQL and HANA Procedures
  • Expertise on performance optimization techniques for HANA Views and ABAP CDS Views
  • Experience in Machine Learning or embedding AI capabilities on to application
  • Experience in Data Science(working with different ML algorithms) and Data Analytics on LLM
  • Basic Understanding on HANA Native Application Development based on XSC or XSA or HANA Cloud
  • Strong Communication skills for coordinating with Customers, front-office team and back-office team
  • Python / Node JS / Java programming is a plus
  • Full stack Application development experience is a plus
