Overseeing a team of staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Managing our sales showroom and warehouse to optimize efficiency and maximize sales potential.
Taking charge of office functions and delegating tasks related to order preparation, inbound/outbound goods, and more.
Maintaining and expanding sales revenue, working closely with the owners to achieve common goals.
Managing customer relationships and orders across Ireland, the UK, and the EU, with a focus on upselling to existing clients.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

Spearheading projects such as upgrading our sales software system and refurbishing the showroom.
Keeping product offerings and pricing up to date and relevant.
Reorganizing the layout of our showroom to enhance the customer experience.
Reviewing product lines for effectiveness and managing obsolescence.
Assisting with applications for product certification as needed.
