- Actively lead all front-of-house F&B teams with passion and precision
- Drive profitability through smart scheduling, upselling and cost control
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Develop the team through coaching, training and performance reviews
- Collaborate on food and drink quality with the Head Chef
- Manage inventory, supplier relations and day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with all H&S, food safety and hygiene regulations
- Conduct regular forecasting including weekly sales, labour and overheads
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing on events, weddings and promotions
- Minimum of three years' leadership in hospitality/F&B management in a quality hotel environment
- A hands-on approach with strong people and operations skills
- High service standards and keen eye for detail
