- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with food preparation tasks when required
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
- Ensure hygiene and health & safety standards are followed at all times
- Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Good level of physical fitness
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
