- Coordinating and scheduling daily service activities for a team of engineers
- Monitoring response times and ensuring service level targets are met
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer queries via phone and email
- Managing client accounts using internal systems
- Ordering spare parts and liaising with suppliers to source required components
- Handling queries relating to parts, including warranties and returns
- Requesting and preparing quotations for customers
- Supporting engineers with part identification and supplier communication
- Maintaining accurate records of part codes and stock levels
- Processing a high volume of calls and administrative tasks daily
- Assisting with invoicing on a weekly and monthly basis
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate system data
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and service agreements
- Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of organisation with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience working with internal systems / databases
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a technical, engineering, or service environment is an advantage
