
Front of House Adminstrator

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner upon arrival.
- Manage tenant enquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring positive relationships are maintained.
- Follow security protocols for logging guests, contractors, suppliers, and other visitors.
- Assist with Health & Safety compliance and administrative duties.
- Issue visitor passes and employee ID cards.
- Provide general support to the facilities team.
- Coordinate both planned maintenance schedules (PPMs) and reactive work requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and tenant records.
- Manage contractor agreements and oversee equipment servicing, reports, and remedial actions.
- Assist with financial administration, including checking and raising purchase orders.
- Order office supplies and maintain stock of common-use items.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, and documentation.
- Prepare incident reports, daily logs, and other relevant reports as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years' minimum experience in a Front of House Receptionist role.
- Experience in facilities administration is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage varying priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a calm, professional approach under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
