- Work closely with Sales, Tech, Operations and Finance to deliver seamless customer solutions.
- Drive profitable business growth through proactive and innovative pipeline development.
- Represent the business at industry events and identify broader development opportunities.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans in partnership with the Sales Director.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting at weekly, monthly and quarterly intervals.
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policy and strategic objectives.
- Manage new accounts post‑sale to ensure strong relationships and long‑term success.
- Proven success winning and managing high‑value B2B accounts in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment (e.g., SaaS, fleet, mobility, logistics, tech solutions).
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to confidently pitch, negotiate, and close deals typically above €50k+.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and long‑term relationship development.
- A solid understanding of the Irish business landscape with the ability to build credibility quickly at senior level.
- Highly self‑driven, organised and comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role.
- Tech‑savvy, adaptable, and confident using CRM systems and digital tools to manage pipeline and reporting
