  • Proven success winning and managing high‑value B2B accounts in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment (e.g., SaaS, fleet, mobility, logistics, tech solutions).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to confidently pitch, negotiate, and close deals typically above €50k+.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and long‑term relationship development.
  • A solid understanding of the Irish business landscape with the ability to build credibility quickly at senior level.
  • Highly self‑driven, organised and comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role.
  • Tech‑savvy, adaptable, and confident using CRM systems and digital tools to manage pipeline and reporting
