Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading enterprise client to find an experienced Senior IT Engineer who thrives in complex environments and loves solving mission-critical infrastructure challenges.This is a high-visibility, high-impact role supporting executive users, traders, and front-office staff in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the local point of leadership for the Dublin support team, working closely with stakeholders across Europe.What you'll be doing:

Managing and improving system/application availability
Leading incident management and performance monitoring
Working across teams to deploy, upgrade, and optimize infrastructure
Supporting DRP/BRP, change control, and compliance frameworks
Serving as a subject matter expert in your domain

What we're looking for:

7+ years in End User/Desktop Support, ideally in banking or trading floor environments
Strong experience supporting Traders, VPs, and Executive users
SCCM, Active Directory, Windows OS, Office Suite, mobile (iOS/Android) support
Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
Project delivery experience under pressure
Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management
Bonus if you've worked with trading platforms like IPP, built dashboards, or have exposure to UC or EDT tools.
