
EHS Engineer

- Conduct risk assessments, JSAs, and safety reviews
- Ensure compliance with EHS laws, standards, and corporate policies
- Support safety in design, construction, and equipment modifications
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs
- Drive safety culture through employee engagement and communication
- Monitor EHS metrics and support audits/inspections
- Manage occupational health, emergency response, and security programs
- Maintain GMP and quality system compliance
- Adapt to evolving EHS priorities and site needs
- Achieve a series of effective EHS KPIs for the site and maintain compliance.
- Degree qualified in Automation, Electrical or Process Engineering essential
- Minimum of Level 6 Certificate in Health & Safety from an accredited institution or Tech IOSH certification, or proven experience in process safety
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a GMP production environment, preferably in medical, pharma or technology sector.
- Experience in carrying out ergonomic, chemical and occupational noise assessments is highly desirable.
