Hartley People Recruitment are seeking an EHS Engineer to join our clients safety team on a 12-month FTC.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct risk assessments and assist in machine safety assessments across all site operations.
Support the team in EHS management and execution of new projects and programs.
Provide EHS expertise for change management process, including review and approval of equipment and machinery modifications from EHS perspective.
Develop and implement site occupational health programs.
Participate in the development and implementation of site security protocols and procedures.
Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP in all practices, recording of events and processes.

Key Requirements:

Degree qualified in Automation, Electrical or Process Engineering essential.
Minimum of Level 6 Certificate in Health & Safety from an accredited institution or Tech IOSH certification, or proven experience in process safety.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a GMP production environment, preferably in medical, pharma or technology sector.
Experience in carrying out ergonomic, chemical and occupational noise assessments is highly desirable.
