- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety & Quality Management System across the site.
- Act as the main technical contact for production, reporting to senior management and preparing regular trend analysis and management reports.
- Manage certification and customer audits, including corrective actions and compliance with DAFM, BRC, MPQAS, and customer requirements.
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop a Food Safety Culture and coach the technical team to maintain high standards.
- Degree in Food Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety/quality standards.
- Proven experience in a technical or QA management role in food manufacturing.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
