They're looking for an experienced project leader who can steer complex engagements from kickoff to close, keeping timelines, budgets, and teams aligned while delivering an exceptional client experience.What you'll do:Lead enterprise-level technology projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risksAct as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and setting clear expectationsCoordinate with technical and consulting teams to keep work on track and on targetMonitor progress, address issues early, and keep all stakeholders informedOversee billing accuracy, resource allocation, and project documentationMentor junior PMs and contribute to improving project delivery processesSpot opportunities to expand client relationships through additional solutionsWhat you bring:5+ years of project management experience, ideally in tech or professional servicesFamiliarity with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft 365Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the detailsStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skillsA track record of delivering large projects on time and within budgetFull-time, U.S Citizen and Green Card Holders Only.
