Your Job:
  • Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
  • Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
  • Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
  • Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
  • General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
  • Served guests with food and beverage.
What You'll Need:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is essential.
  • Full flexibility in working hours is required, including weekday evenings, weekends, and opening shifts from 11:30am. The role offers up to 30 hours per week.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience using Micros is preferable.
  • Previous hotel experience is an advantage, along with a strong desire to develop within the hospitality industry.
