Senior Financial Accountant

• Lead the preparation of monthly Management Accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Take full accountability for all tax and regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Understand and manage the end-to-end accounting process across the organization.
• Lead and mentor a small team of two to three part-qualified accountants, fostering their professional development.
• Support the integration of different teams within the company to streamline financial processes.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support the finance function and overall business objectives.

• Professional accounting qualification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Experience working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
• High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to work.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
