
Junior Health & Safety Advisor

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of company health and safety procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits under supervision.
- Support the investigation of incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
- Assist with risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site personnel.
- Monitor and report on site safety performance.
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of HSE practices.
- Maintain H&S documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- A relevant third-level qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline (Level 7/8).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving licence (required for site travel).
- Some prior site-based experience (placement/internship) is an advantage but not essential.
