Reports to: Finance DirectorJob Purpose:
Reporting to the Finance Director, this role is integral to ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and supporting the business with timely and accurate financial information.The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:
· Preparation of monthly management accounts
· Preparation of Trial Balance for Audit
· Control of monthly store reporting on cash reconciliation and bank reconciliation
· Liaison with Auditors and preparation of statutory accounts
· Completion of VAT and PAYE Returns
· Labour cost analysis & reporting
· Act as support to Central Administration functionsThis is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.The PersonSkills & Experience Required:
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Previous experience of accounts preparation and the preparation of Trial Balance for Audit purposes
