We are looking for a Pastry Chef who is also experienced as a line Cook and a Barista. The candidate has to be fully HACCP certified. Duties of the Role: opening up, setting up and running pastry station, setting up barista station, taking and checking orders, serving customers, end of day prepping for following day, clean down of stations, controlling stock levels, liaising with the manager. The Candidate has to be flexible with days and times including weekends, Bank Holidays and evening work.
