- Prepare and present a wide variety of baked goods and desserts to high standards
- Develop seasonal and bespoke pastry items for menus and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of pastry-related ingredients
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Minimum 2–3 years of pastry experience in a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining environment
- Relevant qualification in Culinary Arts or Pastry & Confectionery
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
