- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers.
- Manage front of house duties, including welcoming and directing individuals appropriately.
- Take and process orders, ensuring accurate transfer of details to relevant colleagues.
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide administrative support, including record keeping, data entry, and document management.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Apply knowledge of wood metrics and sizes when processing orders.
- Support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
- Proven administrative and front of house experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and remain organised in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of metrics and sizes of wood
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptable and proactive approach to work.
