Grow here.At AECOM, we are currently seeking an Associte Project Manager:Data Centers to join our Dublin office.The OpportunityAs an Associate Project Manager specialising in data centres and colocation facilities, you will support the successful delivery of mission-critical projects. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle — from early-stage concept and design development through procurement, construction, and commissioning — ensuring projects meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Oversees a portfolio of clients delivering multiple concurrent data center projects.
Drives revenue growth through repeat business by ensuring consistent, high-quality project execution.
Achieves and maintains targeted profit margins across all assigned projects.
Delivers projects without financial write-downs or margin erosion.
Manages projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTFs), proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
Leads complex client engagements and high-value, technically demanding projects.
Exercises decision-making authority to guide project teams in identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Directs teams to operate efficiently while minimizing exposure to contractual claims.
Supervises and mentors Project Managers overseeing multiple projects or large-scale programs.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForThe successful candidate will bring experience within the buildings sector, along with the following qualifications and professional credentials:

A postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
Currently working towards Chartered status with one of the following professional bodies: RICS / CIOB / ICE / RIBA / Engineers Ireland
Membership or affiliation with APM would be advantageous
