
Clinic Receptionist (Excellent working hours)

- Managing the front of house: welcoming clients and ensuring a warm, professional experience.
- Handling all appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling using our clinic software.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries in a prompt and helpful manner.
- Assisting with client check-in and check-out procedures.
- Managing client payments and daily takings.
- Supporting the clinic with administrative tasks including stock management and inventory tracking.
- Assisting with basic account duties
- Acting as a PA to the Clinic Director when needed – managing schedules, emails, and correspondence.
- Ensuring the reception area is always immaculate and aligned with clinic standards.
- Supporting the sales process by promoting treatments, skincare ranges, and clinic packages.
- Coordinating with therapists and management to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- 2+ years’ experience in a receptionist, front desk, or PA role (preferably in a clinic, salon, or wellness environment).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organisation.
- Confident using clinic booking systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools).
- Experience with sales and upselling is a strong advantage.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
