- Providing day‑to‑day support across treasury technology platforms, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and maintaining system stability
- Supporting payment and treasury system operations, including monitoring interfaces, file formats, user access and controls
- Participating in global deployments, system upgrades, and new country implementations
- Working closely with internal technology teams to resolve integration issues across ERP, banking, and internal platforms
- Managing e‑banking user access and administration
- Maintaining accurate systems documentation and supporting ongoing process optimisation
- Supporting both planned and ad‑hoc projects within the global Treasury Technology function
- Experience in a treasury, banking, or payments technology environment
- Exposure to FIS Quantum, Trax, or similar treasury/payment systems
- Understanding of SWIFT / payment formats such as MT, CAMT, and PAIN
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across global teams
