Salary: €130,000 - €145,000 DOEJob Type: PermanentLocation: Dublin Greater area (Ireland)We're looking for experienced Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to take the lead on major projects across mechanical, electrical, civil, or residential sectors.Key Responsibilities:Manage project budgets, cost planning, and forecastingPrepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contractsAssess subcontractor valuations and progress claimsNegotiate and manage contracts and variationsEnsure compliance with procurement and cost control proceduresWork closely with project teams to support delivery and profitabilityRequirements:Minimum 10 years of QS experience in Ireland * Experience in any of the following fields, mechanical, electrical, civil, or residentialProven background in cost management, contract negotiation, and project deliveryStrong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and procurement practicesWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary package: €130k-€145k, based on experienceLong-term career prospects with a respected and growing organisationOpportunity to work on a variety of high-value, complex projectsApply today to be part of an ambitious team where people can thrive.
