As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be the commercial backbone of exciting M&E projects - owning costs, contracts, and financial performance from start to finish.
Your key responsibilities will include:
💼 Taking ownership of commercial performance and budgets.
📊 Preparing and presenting monthly cost reports.
🤝 Managing subcontractors - from procurement to performance reviews.
📑 Handling contract administration, variations, and claims (FIDIC, JCT, NEC).
🚀 Driving cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards.✅ What You Bring to the Team
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in M&E contracting.
- Strong skills in cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, JCT, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation and risk management skills.
- Confidence with cost management software & MS Excel.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, or equivalent.
- Experience with renewable energy, industrial, or data centre projects.
