
Junior Construction Project Manager

- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of construction projects.
- Support planning, scheduling, and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments.
- Track progress against project timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure clear communication and workflow.
- Attend site meetings and take minutes/actions as needed.
- Maintain project documentation and update records in line with compliance and quality standards.
- Identify and flag risks or delays early to ensure corrective action can be taken.
- Assist with health and safety compliance, snag lists, and final handovers.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Project Management, Site Coordination, or Assistant PM role within construction.
- Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to take on challenges.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, BIM360, etc.) is a plus.
- Full clean driving licence.
