- Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, considering materials, labour, equipment, and other relevant factors.
- Conduct comprehensive quantity takeoffs and measurements from architectural and engineering drawings to determine the quantities of materials required for construction projects.
- Administer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing variations and claims.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, tracking expenditure, assessing variations, and managing change orders.
- Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality.
- Relevant 3rd level Qualification
- 4+ years' relevant experience
- Excellent written, verbal & communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
