Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, considering materials, labour, equipment, and other relevant factors.
Conduct comprehensive quantity takeoffs and measurements from architectural and engineering drawings to determine the quantities of materials required for construction projects.
Administer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing variations and claims.
Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, tracking expenditure, assessing variations, and managing change orders.
Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality.

Role requirements:

Relevant 3rd level Qualification
4+ years' relevant experience
Excellent written, verbal & communication skills
Excellent time management skills
