Senior Planner - Data Centres - AmsterdamOur client is a €2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects.Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre projects division, our client is now seeking an experienced Senior Planner in Amsterdam.Responsibilities

Lead the Full Data Centre Programme

Own the schedule across design, long-lead procurement, CSA/MEP works, commissioning, IST and handover, ensuring a fast, logic-driven path to key DC milestones.

Manage Critical MEP & Commissioning Progress

Track installation and testing of power, cooling, UPS, generators, MV/LV and controls systems, producing accurate weekly programme updates and performance reports.

Coordinate Planning Across All Delivery Teams

Work closely with engineering, commercial, MEP, commissioning and supply chain leads to validate sequencing, installation rates and equipment delivery timelines.

Drive Risk Reviews & Recovery Strategies

Identify threats around power availability, equipment lead times, commissioning windows and energisation. Build clear scenarios and recovery plans to keep dates protected.

Represent Programme Position to the Client

Lead client-facing programme meetings, explain logic and impacts clearly, and support delay assessments, commissioning plans and milestone forecasting.RequirementsMust have 6+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades' background
