Supply Chain Manager

• Develop and implement supply chain strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, distribution, and logistics.
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting to ensure consistent product availability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product flow and timely delivery.
• Implement and manage effective inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs and metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to prevent disruptions.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supply chain processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in a startup environment or fast-growing company is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
