- Establish and manage the customs and trade function.
- Oversee relationships with customs brokers and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant customs codes and trade agreements.
- Stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and internal teams to resolve compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reporting.
- Support the company's Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status.
- Lead master data governance across product, supplier, and trade fields.
- Ensure data quality for critical supply chain fields.
- Develop internal controls and validation checks for data quality.
- Drive SKU rationalization efforts.
- Partner with various departments to evaluate and remove obsolete SKUs.
- Ensure supply chain readiness for new product introductions and discontinuations.
- Develop dashboards and reports covering customs performance and trade risk exposure.
- Certification in customs compliance or international trade.
- Professional accreditation in supply chain or operations.
