
Payroll Executive

- Take full ownership of client payrolls across multiple pay frequencies
- Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports in line with statutory requirements (PAYE, PRSI, USC, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including new starters, leavers, and employee changes.
- Use advanced Excel skills to reconcile data, prepare reports, and streamline payroll processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for client payroll queries, providing timely and professional support.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as Revenue, pension providers, and benefit administrators.
- Assist in system updates, process improvements, and internal reporting as required.
- Proven experience in a payroll processing role, preferably in a client-focused environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations)
- Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Megapay software is a distinct advantage
- IPASS qualification (or working towards it) is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
