Off License Manager

• Oversee the daily operations of the off-license, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory to minimise waste and ensure availability.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Drive promotional campaigns and maintain high standards of merchandising.
• Handle cash management, including till reconciliations and cash drops.
• Train and develop team members to enhance skills and support career progression.

• Proven experience in managing or supervising an off-license or similar retail environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of licensing regulations and stock control procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
