You’ll play a central role in ensuring trade integrity, regulatory compliance, and process optimisation across a broad asset class spectrum, with particular emphasis on OTC derivatives and innovative automation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support a high-performing team, overseeing training plans, recruitment needs, and performance reviewsManage trade lifecycle oversight including matching, settlement, reconciliation, and failed trade resolutionEnsure accurate and timely regulatory reporting (e.g., EMIR, SFTR, CSDR)Oversee collateral management processes and relationships with outsourced providersMonitor and manage OTC derivatives lifecycle events and associated documentation (e.g., ISDA, CSA)Drive process automation and data analytics initiatives (e.g., RPA, dashboards, BI tools)Champion operational risk awareness and implement process improvements aligned with industry best practicesCoordinate operational requirements for fund launches, closures, and mergersWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 7 years’ experience in financial operations, with strong exposure to Middle OfficeExtensive knowledge of the full trade and settlement lifecycle, including OTC derivatives and exchange-traded instrumentsProven track record in managing and developing high-performing teamsExperience with fund operations and a strong understanding of NAV impactorsFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and reporting frameworks (EMIR, SFTR, etc.)Advanced analytical and problem-solving skillsHands-on experience with systems such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, CTM, OSTTRA, FusionInvest, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, VBA, SQL, Snowflake)A relevant third-level qualification in Finance, Mathematics, or related fieldIf your experience aligns with this exciting opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
